1) New Employee Assistance Program (EAP) from our CIGNA UT GME Health Insurance company – Jerry Holland, the agent who guides our communication with CIGNA. The current Resident Assistance Program called ENI NexGen Total Well-Being Program is being replaced on July 1, 2021, with a new Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through CIGNA. Jerry will give a brief overview and take questions. 2) Erlanger/Sodexo food options, meal cards, and the new On-Spot Dining – we have invited Mary Rohde, Vice President for Sodexo, to give an update and take questions. 3) Erlanger Communication Update (TigerText, eChart Secure Chat, pagers, etc.) – Dr. Jeremy Screws will give an update and field questions. 4) Other Resident issues and questions for administration
