The North Coast Region of California spans from the Oregon border all the way to San Fransisco. This episode starts at the southern edge of the Redwoods at Burlington Campground. First stretch is down US Route 101 to Leggett where I contend with a six hour long night storm. The second day takes me over Leggett Hills to the coast. This ride might have been the highlight of the entire route but that is hard to say, there are too many of them. Once on the coast, the drastic change of scenery takes over with a serious tail wind making for lots of smiles and miles. The rest you'll have to see for yourself, amazing natural beauty.
