1940 Dodge 3 ton truck WW2 - will it start & drive??

Some old footage from 2000 showing the Dodge's six cylinder engine. Will it start? Will it drive? It was leaking a little oil, the tyres were all soft, and the fuel and ignition were jury-rigged together to make it all work. The footage isn't the best as it was lifted from a 10-year old VHS tape, transferred to DVD, converted, then edited into an mpeg file. This 3 ton ex-RAF crewbus (later racing car transporter) has been off the road since the mid 1950s. I'm always looking for spare parts for the "big" engine - 331 cu in - so if you can help, please get in touch. I also need a spare wheel - 10 stud, 20" diameter, by Budd, split rim.
