266: Bedminster, Totterdown and Windmill Hill (Bristol 2025)

BRISTOL CITY WALK FEATURING BEDMINSTER, TOTTERDOWN AND WINDMILL HILL "Bedminster, Totterdown and Windmill Hill” Filmed 8th May 2025 Post-production completed 8th June 2025 I present the fourth of five films to be shot in Bristol during May 2025, where I lived for 16 years overall. I explore the Bedminster area of Bristol, which was my home for 2½ years after moving out of Whitehall in 1992. I talk about my friends, with whom I house shared in that area, and how they became part of the team that were involved in the start of my amateur film series known as “The Solitary Rambler”. I visit more of Bristol’s green spaces, including the lovely Victoria Park and Perrett Park. I also visit Totterdown, the area of Bristol in which I was hoping to live during my final years in the city. During my walk around Totterdown, I descend the steepest residential street in the UK. Filmed in the city of Bristol. Locations include Bedminster, Windmill Hill, Victoria Park, Perrett Park and Totterdown.
