They love to stalk people on social media. They want to investigate who’s the bitch. When you’re a stalker, it’s very difficult for you to not be obsessed with guys. It’s difficult when it becomes a compulsion. If you find yourself in this situation, you have a problem. The desire to creep on a guy comes from a feeling of tension - a dissatisfaction with the feeling of not knowing. You feel a discomfort. The only way for you to scratch that discomfort is through creeping. You look through his profile searching for the bitch and you feel much better about yourself. To overcome that, you need to dissolve the tension. The mind creates that because it feels a dissatisfaction. It conjures up different scenarios. It tells you that you feel like this because of this. The only way for you to satisfy this is to do this. It feels real. If you really explore your experience, you’ll notice that what you’re feeling is a physical sensation. Anytime you feel the need to creep, I want you to sit down and experience the sensation. Sit down and write your experience. Rather than going into the thoughts and the images they create, let’s go into the sensation. Feel that sensation. Maybe you feel tension in your chest. It feels like a tight knot. That knot feels warm and it’s causing your shoulders to get more tense. You observe it. The tension feels like the muscles tightening up. As a result of those muscles, you can also feel your neck tightening. As a result, your mind is creating a certain thought to alleviate that pain. Suddenly, you’re taking the ‘I’ from the experience. It’s not the story of the emotion. It’s more of the sensation. As soon as you see the story, you’re able to see through the illusion. In reality, this is just something your mind is reacting to. It’s not really you. It’s your mind. Go into the sensation. The more you go into how to fix the problem with your mind, the more it takes you deeper into the creepiness. You’ll become obsessed with him. Rather than doing that, go into the sensation. Observe the sensations. Observe the way your body reacts to the thoughts and images. Before you creep, take 5 minutes and write down the sensations. Rather than feeling and reacting, I want you to bring space into it. Feel and explore. Write down your sensations and then act.
