I’ve made orange chicken many times. But today my chicken wasn’t hold out enough, so I decided to make orange shrimp! I have two recipes for this type of sauce, but today’s I think is my favorite! Just be careful with the red pepper flakes that’s to taste. We love spicy and hot so we use the full spoonful. Even though I ended up sautéing the marinated shrimp in a very hot skillet, putting some jar on them, they weren’t at all chewy are tough, because I put them back into the sauce where they softened up beautifully.
