Tradescantia sillamontana (Cobweb Spiderwort) Houseplant Care – 344 of 365

Like many plants in the genus Tradescantia, Tradescantia sillamontana can become quite unkempt if not periodically cut back, which is what I do with this one. I do try to maintain it to a rather small pot, although it would likely prefer something much larger. But it's one of those plants that has a lovely velveteen feel and is #344 in "365 Days of Plants". In this video I'll discuss where it is originally native to, where I'm growing it in my home, and basics like light, watering and fertilizing.
