Toronto Community Crisis Service: Support When You Need it the Most

The Toronto Community Crisis Service (TCCS) provides free, confidential, in-person mental health supports city-wide from mobile crisis worker teams. TCCS supports Toronto residents 16 years of age or older and is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Join this session to learn more about the city-wide expansion and the Gerstein Crisis Centre (GCC), that has been providing a made in Toronto, community based mental health response for more than 30 years. Their services remain guided by the voices of people with lived experience of mental health and substance use needs and take an equity-based approach to better serve communities and neighborhoods. Gerstein Crisis Centre provides support right across the City. This service is connected to municipal services like 911 and 211 and works from a multiple access point approach.
