The best and easiest brownie recipe requires only a few ingredients and takes less than an hour. The results tremendously fudgy, chewy brownies with a thin, crusty top and full of chocolate flavor. I bet you will love it ❤️ Ingredients: 1/2 cup castor sugar 1 1/2 cup brown sugar 6 eggs, grade A 1 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla extract 120g all purpose flour 60g unsweetened cocoa powder 400g dark chocolate bar, coarsely chopped 227g unsalted butter Handful chopped nuts, optional 1/2 cup caramel chocolate chips, optional Method: Preheat oven to 180c. Line a 8x9 inch square baking tray with parchment paper. Melt chocolate and butter over a double boiler on the stove, stirring until smooth and glossy. Set aside to cool to room temperature. In a mixing bowl, add caster sugar, brown sugar, and eggs. Beat until light and fluffy. Add the melted chocolate, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined. Sieve in the flour and unsweetened cocoa powder. Use a spatula to mix the mixture, then pour the batter into the prepared baking tray.
