We'll see how his offense has its origins in the spread-to-run system run by Kevin Wilson and Randy Walker at Northwestern, and how that offense influenced coaches like Chip Kelly and Urban Meyer, who were massive influences on Day's philosophy. We'll then see how, after being a GA at Florida under Meyer, Day got his first playcalling opportunity with Steve Addazio with the Temple and Boston College Football teams, before going to the NFL to coach QB's for Kelly with the Philadelphia Eagles and San Francisco 49ers.
