They require the employee live and work in the Detroit area, remotely, and travel to customers in North America. Travel is 25-50% (no more than 50%) because they want a good work life balance. Most of the customers are in the Michigan area. The role reports to the Director of Sales in the US. Responsibilities include technical sales of integration solutions to customer (2-3M in Sales established), account & project management, and reporting. Full responsibilities are in the attached job description. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. Work experience: • Experience in capital equipment system sales or industrial automation is an advantage. • A background in e-mobility or electronics assembly sectors is beneficial. • Solid understanding of sales principles, customer service, and market dynamics. • Analytical thinker with a customer-first mindset and ability to craft tailored solutions. • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. • The ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts would be valuable. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. • Familiarity with manufacturing and production process challenges is preferred. • Language skills: Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus!). • Engineering or Chemistry background preferred / minimum technical sales • 2-5 years experience in solution selling Please send me your resume ASAP.
