I had high expectations on this lechon and Ruthy’s Lechon did not disappoint. I would never have imagined there would be a difference in flavor of lechon, versus the other lechons we’ve had in Cebu or Manila. But there was, as Ruthy’s lechon had a more rich, deep flavor. Whether you go to Ruthy’s or House of Lechon, don’t miss out on lechon when visiting Cebu.
