If you've played the first game already, then you're reasonably well-prepared to jump into the sequel without too much of a struggle, but even then, it still has some of those weird Piranha Bytes idiosyncrasies that make it a bit trickier to figure out, even for Elex veterans. And if for some reason you haven't played the first game, then you might be in even more need of some basic guidance to get you started.
