I went for a CT scan, and today I’m sharing the follow-up process, my thoughts, and feelings. To take care of my mental and emotional health, I spent a peaceful day in Kinosaki Onsen — visiting Kounoyu, Ichinoyu, Jizouyu, Yanagiyu, and Mandaruyu, walking the calm streets, trying local treats, and shopping for souvenirs.
