The Clinical Center of Serbia is one of 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. The reconstruction covered ​​86,000 m2. Work on such projects is highly complex due to many spaces for specific purposes that must function together as a homogeneous system. BUCK lighting was hired as a lighting professional to ensure that each type of space has appropriate lighting, with suitable luminaires that meet the necessary technical and aesthetic requirements, as well as the requirements regarding the level of lighting. One of the challenges was the illumination of the spaces with 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗳𝗶𝘅𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 (𝗘𝗧𝗡𝗔 𝗗𝗢 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗧𝗡𝗔 𝗖𝗥 𝗗𝗢), such as intensive care units, operating blocks and areas with an increased need for IP protection. Our Clean Room product range is certified by the Fraunhofer IPA institute and is applicable for clean spaces with #ISO classes 1-9. In addition to the Clean Room range, other luminaires that we used on this project were: 𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗧 𝗠 𝗖𝗗 (corridors), 𝗔𝗥𝗖𝗢 𝗖𝗗𝗣 (waiting rooms, doctor's offices, examination rooms), and 𝗖𝗘𝗡𝗧 (elevator halls). The results unequivocally justified the investment in new technology with LED light sources. Additional work was done on the design, with line luminaires specially adapted for this building. When developing the solution itself, we collaborated with architects, electrical engineers and ceiling manufacturers to provide the highest quality solution.
