For this one it wanted to have a go at one of the recent Cake trends. A burn away cake, where the wafer paper burns away to reveal another image underneath. I’ve seen so many viral cake videos of this that I really wanted to try it myself. I also wanted to make something for the Chinese new year, for the year of the dragon.
