Visiting a night market and searching out new and delicious street foods has to be one of the most fun things to ever do when you visit South East Asia. I love having my friends Brock and Caleb here in Chiang Mai right now, and we are doing our best to search out some round-the-clock wonderful spots for Thai food to share (first together, and then share them in these videos with you!). It is a noodle-lovers party-time pretty much EVERY night in the downtown areas of Thailand's largest cities... but for me, in Chiang Mai anyways, it does not get any better than this row of brightly lit street carts parked behind this local fire station. Santitam is well known among tourists, as is the next-door area of the Old City, and yet sandwiched right between these two places is a small yet bustling area of street carts (PILED with street food delights!) where I never see many tourists sitting... You can hear Li tell a quick story of how we first found this place, but TODAY I am just SO glad that they are still continuing their business. Tonight's visit to Jae Muay was wonderful, and I hope you love the GIANT bowls of noodles we all share here together. Have a great day today, and know that I am always looking forward to the next one where we can share ever-more positive and encouraging words together, thanks so much for your constant support through messages (and on our livestreams!), I think we are doing something really good right now. Rock on! and be GOOD. See you for the next one very soon! Much love, from Joel and Li (and Brock and Caleb!) LOCATION: This link simply lists the street as "Late Night Street Food." (They are not wrong :) But this is not the name of a single cart...) https://goo.gl/maps/GeHq2wNgrXJdRMut6 PRICE: Bowls of noodles here range from 40-60 baht each (1.50 - 2.00$US)
