Artificial intelligence is becoming an everyday tool in business — provoking both fear of job loss and hope for dramatically increased efficiency. From my over 20 years of experience managing teams, I’ve found that true organizational growth happens when we combine technology with human emotions and relationships. AI can analyze data and offer ready-made solutions, even in the realm of communication, but it cannot replace empathy, intuition, or cultural context. The leaders of the future must therefore combine AI’s strengths with emotional intelligence to build engagement and psychological safety within their teams. It is not classification and control, but the ability to navigate complexity and chaos while cultivating relationships, that truly drives business growth. Business mentor and a member of the Wielkopolska BBC Chapter, with international experience as a former HR Director. For 12 years, she managed HR teams in Poland, the DACH region, the Netherlands, and Finland at H&M. Today, she supports leaders and business owners in creating effective and people-friendly workplaces by developing their leadership competencies, including communication, change management, motivation, and leadership in the era of AI. She leads online courses, mentoring sessions, and individual consultations. Her mission is to connect business strategy with people strategy to empower leaders in managing teams and executing business goals. She believes that workplace relationships require a human touch to enable effective action on the path to success. In her free time, she passionately follows new leadership trends and deepens her knowledge of the role of emotions, relationships, and the “human aspect” in business.
