#kabir #purushottamagrawal #nagpurbookclub On the eve of the birth anniversary of Kabir, the 15th century saint, poet and philosopher, who is revered by Hindus, Muslims and Sikhs alike, Nagpur Book Club, in association with India Peace Centre, organized Nagpur's biggest literary event, "Kabir - Tab Aur Ab" (Kabir - Then and Now). It was an interactive talk with celebrated Author and Kabir scholar Prof. Purushottam Agrawal. The talk was moderated by Acting Director, and Treasurer of India Peace Centre, Dr. Tejinder Singh Rawal. Prof. Purushottam Agrawal held the audience spellbound with his knowledge on Kabir, the early modern poet philosopher, and his brilliant interpretation of Kabir's poetry. Prof. Purushottam Agrawal's books "Akath Kahani Prem Ki", "Kabir, Kabir", "Padmavat, A Love Story", to name a few, are all bestsellers. Dr. Asir Ebenezer, the Chairman of India Peace Centre, welcomed all the dignitaries. RJ Tejal compered the event. Lata Tokhi proposed a vote of thanks. The event was organised by Nagpur Book Club, under the aegis of India Peace Centre. The entire event was free for the public. Over 300 literature lovers, and Kabir enthusiasts of Nagpur registered for the event. All the prominent media houses of Nagpur covered the event. Rohit Tokhi was the Project Director of the event. He was supported by a team of volunteers from Nagpur Book Club, India Peace Centre, and Saving Dreamz Foundation. ABOUT: Nagpur Book Club is Nagpur's premier, free book club.
