GRILLED SKIRT STEAK GYROS Steaks: A Skirt steak 2 Petite Tender Shoulder Steaks Ground Black Pepper, Greek Seasoning, Salt and Pepper to taste, Garlic powder and Onion Powder. Tzatziki Sauce: 1 cucumber 2 cups of Greek yogurt 1 to 2 garlic cloves 2 tbsp fresh dill 1 1/2 tbsp fresh mint 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice 1 tsp lemon zest 1 tsp Greek seasoning Salt & pepper to taste Salad Dressing: 1/4 cup of olive oil 2 tbsp red wine vinegar 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice 3 tsp Dijon Mustard Salt, pepper and Greek seasoning to taste 2 tsp sugar A pinch of dried oregano Salad: A cucumber 1/2 red onion (or less) 1/2 Iceberg lettuce Toppings: Green olives Feta cheese Tomatoes Grapes Pita Bread and/or Flatbread Please watch the video for instructions on how to make the recipe.
