Grief Journal Flip Through

Hi Everyone. Today's video is going to be a flip through of my grief journal. I started this journal earlier this year and it's been helpful for me and as I mentioned in the video it's a work in progress and I look forward to adding more and doing more with it when I can. And since it recently was my younger brother's birthday (who passed away a couple of years ago), I wanted to share how my grief journal looks like. I also just wanted to share that it's more so a collection of things such as poems, song lyrics, letters, quotes, etc. that helps me with coping with my emotions and feelings with Grief. In regard to my younger brother, who passed, I do have a more specific and detail journal in remembrance of him with collections of memories and stories but obviously it's more confidential and private so I won't share but if you are curious I might think about posting a few pictures to show and share in the community section.
