Transfer the cooked lobster to an ice bowl, and after it cools down, extract the meat from the tail. 4. Sauté the steak and lobster meat in olive oil with butter and rosemary. 5. Prepare the frying oil. Dredge the onion in flour and fry in hot oil until golden brown. 6. For the sauce, remove the skin from the jalapeño with a knife and chop it finely.
