🚨 FMS F100 Brushless Build – 3S Conversion & First Drive! | Insane Upgrade, Epic Laughs! 🔥 Hey guys and welcome back to ChriswithaC RC! This one's been a long time coming... and oh man, it was worth it. In today’s video, I take my FMS F100 First Blood — an already killer-looking 2WD mini monster truck — and transform it into a full-on 3S brushless street beast! 🛠️⚡ Now, if you saw the first video, you’ll know I made a bit of a rookie move… I slapped a 3S LiPo onto the stock brushed setup and, well… it didn’t go to plan 😂. Sparks flew, laughter was had, and the truck said "NOPE." That’s when I knew: this truck was crying out for a real upgrade. So I went digging through my RC spares box, chatted with a few mates, and got stuck in. In this video, I show you exactly how I converted the FMS F100 into a brushless monster, including all the bits I used, what worked, what didn’t, and how it all came together. 🛠️ The Build: Motor: Surpass Rocket v2 3660 4250KV brushless rocket 🚀 ESC: Traxxas VXL-3S — donated by a Traxxas Rally (cheers, old friend 😅) Receiver: Radiolink R6FGM, matched to my trusty transmitter Wheels/Tyres: Epic Method RC belted monster truck wheels wrapped in Terraform rubber 🛞 Minor mods for mounting & fitting — no drill required, just RC know-how and zip ties! 🧪 The Test: After the install, I took it to my local bash test spot — to see what this little beast could really do. Let me tell you: on 3S, it absolutely came alive! The torque, the speed, the wheelies — it felt like a whole new truck. The power upgrade had me grinning ear to ear and laughing like a maniac as it skidded, hopped curbs, and roasted tires for fun. 🫣🔥 The good thing is the truck took the extra power and the drivetrain held up great ! It’s a reminder of why we all got into the hobby: 👉 Tinkering, upgrading, laughing at fails, and enjoying the ride.
