Race Details: Date: May 17, 2025 at 7 AM Distance: 13.1 miles Finish Time: 1 hour 45 min Course: Prospect Park loops to Ocean Parkway straight shot to Coney Island Conditions: Yellow flag day (90% humidity, mid-60s°F/upper teens°C) Wave 1 start advantage with gradually improving weather conditions Race Experience: Starting in wave 1 at 7AM helped beat the worst heat, but the high humidity still demanded a conservative pace strategy.
