Visiting a part of town where I don't usually spend much time, it was so great to explore with Li (looking for a place to have a date night :). This video starts off beautifully being surprised by some local supporters (their shop info below), and then moving on to a local COFFEE convention. After 3 gorgeous cups of Thai coffee, and a few nice chats with some extreme artisan coffee nerds, Li and I had each worked up quite a hunger. Visiting this restaurant only once before, I still haven't forgotten how AMAZING their versions of Esaan's murky magical mushroom soups are... and from there the meal just keeps rolling. A huge thank you to the owner at 'Om Peang' Restaurant for being so wonderful and welcoming, for showing us around the garden, and just for being such a cool lady! We will be back again...
