Stupify - Guitar Cover and Tabs - Disturbed

A guitar cover of Stupify, originally by Disturbed from their first album The Sickness. Tuning - Drop C# C#,G#,C#,F#,A#,D# It's been a long time since I've done a Disturbed cover so here's one off their first album. I've added in the synth/keys elements for good measure. There's only a few separate ideas going on in this track and then several variations on them. The trickiest part is probably the intro riff but if you follow the picking pattern it flows well. There's also some very old videos of Dan showing how to play the riff which is how I'm playing it. I believe Dan has mentioned using a pedal to get the sitar sound. I've instead used a lesser known technique of playing really close to the bridge which gives you a similar twangy sound. I used stock logic plugins for the guitar effects - wah/chorus etc A fun song to jam out to, expect some more Disturbed in the future!
