Cohort 1 of the Strategic Women in Leadership Masterclass was anchored by an exceptional faculty of facilitators whose depth of experience, clarity of thought, and practical insights set a strong foundation for the program. The keynote address by Dr. Mrs. Ellen Hagan, Founder & Group CEO of L’AINE Services Ltd, established a compelling leadership framework rooted in purpose, values, and strategic impact. Participants were further guided on Executive Presence and Influence by Abenaa Kessewaa Brown, former Principal of the National Banking College (NBC), who brought rich institutional and leadership experience into the conversation. Mr. James Laar, MD of L’AINE HR, led an engaging session on Leadership and Team Effectiveness using the Johari Window, helping participants strengthen self-awareness, feedback, and interpersonal effectiveness.
