Wait for it to completed heat up based on the temperature gauge. Check the middle, top and sides of the heat press. Your temp should optimally be within 2-3 degrees. If it is more than 5 degrees, you are out of calibration. If it is more than 10 degrees, its probably affecting your production. You have to check your manual, but most heat presses have a calibration function. This may be in the electronics or on the circuit board. Contact your manufacturer or check your user manual.
