The North-eastern route of Kenya is mainly a camping expedition run in4x4s or Loveland trucks.it traverses some of Africa's harsh habitats truck and sees wildlife endemic to beautiful mountains and landscapes... it's surrounded on all sides by hot dusty named chalbi desert …the chalbi desert is the only true desert in eastern Africa... Lake Turkana is the largest permanent desert lake in the world. The lake was formed about 4.3 million years. Apart from the spectacular scenery, the cultural diversity consists of 14 tribes from the tribes of northern Kenya that make the most lasting impression; nomadic pastoralists such as the Gabra, Turkana, and sambur whose adherence to a strictly traditional lifestyle and dress is practically unique in modern East Africa...
