Exploring the Dugways and Creeks along the Oromocto River, New Brunswick, Canada

During this paddle on the Oromocto River, from Prides Landing down to Sunpoke Bridge, we explored several creeks and dugways that feed into the river. The word Oromocto came from an aboriginal word meaning deep river. The tides that flush in and out of the Oromocto Watershed every day may have something to do with it. We experienced the tides as they pushed up the creeks.
