EASY VEG PULAO RECIPE || HOME MADE VEG PULAO #dashainspecial Quick pressure cooker Pulao Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pressure cooker Add 1 tsp cumin seeds (optional) Cumin seeds will enhance the taste Add cardamoms, cloves, cinnamon stick and bay leaves Add a handful cashews nuts Add 1 cup dried green peas (soaked) Or fresh green peas Saute for a minute 3 cups Basmati rice (washed) Saute for a minute Add 2 ½ cups water Use same cup to major both rice and water Add salt as per the taste Close the lid and wait until it gives 2 whistles Release the pressure naturally Let’s check the pulao Pulao is so fluffy and nice aromatic You can serve with any gravy Thank you for visiting my Chef Suni Channel.
