How to make a thick and chunky New York Style Triple Chocolate Chip Cookie. Here's what you'll need: 1 cup butter (220g) unsalted (cold) 3/4 cup brown sugar (150g) 1/2 cup sugar (100g) 2 large eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml) 3 cups all purpose flour (375g) 1 tsp baking soda (4g) 1/2 tsp baking powder (2g) 1/2 tsp salt (3g) 1/2 cup milk choco chips 1/2 cup dark choco chips 1 cup semi sweet chocolate 1 cup chopped walnuts 1. Preheat oven at 180C/350F. In a bowl, beat together cold butter, brown sugar and white sugar until incorporated. Then add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla and mix until combined. 2. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Then mix until combined. 3. Add dark, milk chocolate, semi sweet chocolate and coarsely chopped walnuts. Just mix to combine. 4. Scoop about 150 grams each cookie. Place in a lined sheet pan. Top with more walnuts and chocolates. You can use any topping you like. Or you can fill this too. 5. Freeze cookie dough balls before baking for at least 2 hours for a tall and thick cookie or you can bake it right away. Just make sure to leave some big gap in between cookie when placing in a pan. 6. Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes. 7. Let it cool down in the pan. 8. Serve and enjoy! 9.
