Seeing this beautiful freshwater angelfish tank was definitely a highlight of these fish store tours in Europe. The 1,000L / 265g angel fish aquarium was a planted tank, with schooling fish, and of course the angels. I loved the aquascape, size of the tank, and the unique angled-panels on the one end. The other highlights of the fish store tours included the discus aquariums and the large koi pond. It was very interesting to see how aquarium stores are set up overseas. These stores were considered the largest in this area of Italy, but were mostly home/garden/outdoor stores, with a small section for the fish tanks. Even with the smaller selection than most U.S. stores, they did have the basics covered, and it was interesting to see (especially that angelfish tank)!
