Doing It OUR Way--The Laundry

We do our laundry outside on our old Maytag wringer washer. Hello there! We live on about 6 acres at the edge of a very small town in West Central Illinois. We've been here for over 30 years now and have raised our two sons on this property. Over the years we have raised goats for milking, chickens for meat, rabbits for meat and manure.We garden and preserve our own food. We do as much for ourselves as possible and take pride in what we do. On this channel, we invite you to get to know us and be a part of our family. We all enjoy so many different things about Homesteading and being more self-reliant. We would like to share what we do. It is by no means to tell someone else that our way is the only way....it's what works for us. We enjoy the outdoors and do what we can to be outside as much as possible. We may be out shooting our bows, fishing or camping or cooking over an open fire. Anything, really, just to be outside.
