Any items given to me must be IMMEDIATELY dropped and quest items cannot be picked up at all (since you can't drop them). No skill checks of any kind can be used in dialogue. (Any options that have a a skill, special stat, or karma listed next to them). Hardcore mode at all times. I can use items in the world, (beds, water) but nothing in containers. No companions.
