Rondout Railfanning Recorded on 10/9/20 from 7:25am-3:10pm The A-Train4014 Productions Team returns to Rondout junction on the CP C&M Subdivision on a beautiful Friday. The weather was gorgeous despite the little bit of wind for the morning. Other than that, the fall colors started to show, it was mostly sunny outside, and we were off to a busy morning with some trains showing up. In fact, a freight train somehow got through during the Metra Rush. Throughout the day, the action slowly picked up intensity. However, things got interesting before lunch hour began as a rush of trains came through the junction. In fact, there wasn’t even time to have a lunch break. Overall, it was a satisfying day and we had a good time. Coming up next is another return trip to the CP C&M Subdivision down the line from Rondout junction at Lake Forest.
