What is your BABY's FiO2. The NICU Doc Explains!

When you are in the NICU, you will hear that your baby is on an "X" amount of FiO2. What is your baby's FiO2, and what does it actually mean? Is a higher number worse or better? I'm Dr. Fort, The NICU Doc, and I will explain briefly about fraction of inspired oxygen (FiO2) for parents. The "What is..." series will go over the most common terms and diseases found in the NICU.
