This story manages to touch on an idea that has been explored before - the idea of a cursed film was explored in a 2000 AD comic strip a few years ago, and of course it's a video that passes the curse on in the film 'The Ring'. This time, though, there is an emphasis on the film's soundtrack, making it well-suited to radio - and whatever similarities Passmore's version of the idea has to others, it's still a very distinct and successful story...
