She was the only woman in the bible to be called as disciple. She lived as an example for others. She saved a few souls by helping ministry or doing good deeds. But one day she died. People whom she had helped were sad and weeping for her. They got to know that Peter was somewhere nearby. They sent two men and invited Peter. Peter came to meet Tabitha and knelt down and prayed and she rose up. We also need to live as an example. Not just believer, but we should live as a disciple. Disciple is someone who learns from his master and follows him. We need to read Bible and follow what is told by Jesus to do. Good deeds cannot bring salvation. But because we received salvation, we should live righteous and do good things. Nobody can escape from death in the world. All have to die. Believers can be sick and can even die due to sickness. Death is appointed for everyone. We have to live holy life and be prepared to meet God. We should not weep without hope. But we can share our problems to God with a living hope. We should always be ready to pray for others or help others, be it poor or rich, educated or uneducated. And we should lend our support to new believers and those who are weak in faith so that they grow strong in God. Praise the Lord
