Corvallis to the sea trail - C2C trail I hiked 5 days to complete the Corvallis to the Sea Trail, C2C trail. This 60.2 mile hiking trail begins at Shawala Point at the confluence of the Mary’s River and Willamette River. The trail ends at Ona Beach, about 2 miles north of Seal Rock Oregon. There are no stores or towns along the way. There is adequate water and one campground in the farming community of Harlan at mile 30. Part of the trail is on private land and you will need a permit from Starker Forest Products to cross this area. You can’t Camp on their private land but you can enjoy the trail thru it. The Trail permit is good for 1 year and is obtained from: Starker Forest Products 7240 SW Philomath Blvd Corvallis, Or. 97339 call them at (541) 929-2477. The permit is free. Call them and they will get you the information you need and email you the permit. The C2C Trail website is at: www.c2ctrail.org [email protected] If you are interested in staying at the Marys River Grange, 24707 Grange Hall Rd, Philomath, OR 97370 contact them at: (541) 829-2907 I used music for the video from Art-list. Join me next on the North Umpqua Trail in early June 2023. After a couple more shakedown hikes, I should be ready to section hike the Oregon PCT later the summer if all goes more or less well. Finally , Thanks to all who helped me. Get to the trailhead and back to my car in Albany particularly my friend Stan who went out of his way to retrieve me after I was stranded in Corvallis on my way home and get me back to my car in Albany.
