How to Get Any Hidden Ability Pokemon in Sword and Shield - Hidden Ability Guide. This is a brand NEW Hidden abilities Guide in Pokemon Sword and Shield showing you how you can get hidden ability pokemon guaranteed. Throughout this guide I will show you the step by step process to get hidden ability Pokemon in Sword and Shield. Break down of steps to follow to guarantee a Hidden Ability Pokemon Step 1. Identify your target hidden ability Pokemon Step 2. Visit https://www.serebii.net/swordshield/m... and identify the Den location where this pokemon spawns and check your target pokemon appears with its hidden ability in this den and what type of beam is required to obtain it, Red or Purple. Step 3. Acquire a wishing piece, the go to that Den in the wild area, turn your text to slow, ensure your auto-save option is turned OFF and save your game in front of the Den. Step 4. Drop a wishing piece into the Den and quickly identify if it’s the correct beam for your hidden ability pokemon, if not before the save text on the screen finishes hit your home menu, close the game and restart this process over again until you get your desired beam. Step 5. With your required beam you now need to use the date skip glitch to cycle through 4 pokemon (as shown in the video) once you reach the fourth pokemon from your start or save point, identify if this 4th slot pokemon is capable of having its hidden ability from the information on the serebii max raid den list and if so proceed to enter a battle with this pokemon and catch it. If the 4th slot pokemon is not able to obtain its Hidden ability you then need to restart your game and go through this 4 slot cycle again until the 4th pokemon you encounter in the den is able to have its hidden ability. Note that the first three pokemon from a save or start point will always stay the same with only the fourth slot pokemon changing using this method. Step 6. Once you have caught the 4th slot pokemon check if it has its Hidden ability, if it does move on to Step 8, if not move on to step 7. Step 7. If your initial fourth slot pokemon does not have its hidden ability after you have captured it you now need to restart your game and do the date skip to change the pokemon in the den just once and then save in front of the den again, which in turn will give you a new fourth slot pokemon. Once you have saved your game go back to Step 5 and repeat the process until you are able to identify a Hidden ability Pokemon in your fourth Slot. Step 8. With the fourth slot in your den identified as a Hidden Ability Pokemon you now need to reset your game and repeat the four step date glitch cycle until your target pokemon identified in step 1 is in the fourth slot of the den. Step 9. Once you have located the target pokemon in the fourth slot of the den, save in front of this den (unless you want to cycle this slot with a friend for other Hidden Ability pokemon in this den with a friend then keep your save point as it is) and then proceed to capture it. Step 10. If you followed all of the steps correctly you will now have your target Pokemon with its Hidden Ability. Game play for this Guide was recorded through the Nintendo Switch.
