Ingredients ✅ 1 box Red Velvet Cake Mix ✅1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil ✅2 Eggs ✅1 Cup White Chocolate Chips Instructions ➡️Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper. ➡️In a large mixing bowl, cake mix, oil, and eggs and mix until fully combined. ➡️Fold in the white chocolate chips until well combined. ➡️Using a medium cookie scoop, add cookie dough onto the baking sheet. Do not overcrowd as the cookies will spread. ➡️Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the tops of the cookies are set. Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool for 5-10 minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer them to a wire rack.
