Playlist:    • How Good Is It?   Rules: I'm playing in UVHM at OP0. The reason I'm not playing at OP10 is because a lot of items that are terrible in OP levels are perfectly usable for most of the game, and that's what we're here to test. I'm creating a tier list to see what guns are good, bad, and down right busted. The only gun I can have equipped is the Carnage and the only way I can deal meaningful damage is with the carnage. I'm using a build that is as optimized as possible without using any items that require fighting raid bosses. Badass Rank is turned off I'm using a timer to get a general idea of how good the item is, but the timer is not the only criteria. I plan to do this with every item, even if the answer is extremely obvious. Tiers: S: The gun is good on any character without needing to build around it A: The gun is good on any or most characters but it requires some level of building around it B: The gun is good on some characters and ok on the rest but it requires building around it C: The gun could be in a higher tier, but there is a clearly better alternative that does the exact same thing D: The gun performs poorly on most characters but some builds can make it work F: The gun performs poorly on all characters or it would be in D tier but it has a better alternative.
