A highly underrated piece of equipment for the home gym. Whether you are doing strongman or CrossFit, this is one of those odd object items you'll need to change up your workouts and add a very different stimulus. I picked up the 150lb one from Rogue Fitness. This video will go over how to put the bag together and what the heck do you use it for? Some good ideas for usage are clean over shoulder, static holds, squats, and walks. Very easy to put together. It takes just under 10 minutes to complete. Would be helpful to have someone holding open the velcro pouch to make pouring of the sand easier. The 150lb bag takes 3 bags of 50lb play sand. Cost is $2.50 each bag. Cost on the bag was around $100. Does not come with the sand.
