PURPOSE-BUILT INFRASTRUCTURE FOR CLEANROOM HANDLING Our facility is equipped with a fully synchronized system, including: RO–DI water purification system Specialized washers — dryers — vacuum packaging machines This ensures readiness, accuracy, and consistent performance to meet diverse customer demands. CLEANROOM WASHING SYSTEM Our washers are specifically engineered to meet advanced sanitation criteria in accordance with validated standards from Japan and Western Europe: Constructed from materials suitable for clean environments Functions designed to prevent cross-contamination and bacterial dispersion Dual-door loading/unloading separated by clean/dirty zones with interlocking control → Ensuring garments are processed to cleanroom-grade standards. HEPA-FILTERED DRYING SYSTEM Heated air is HEPA-filtered before entering the dryer chamber: Even airflow distribution provides maximum drying efficiency for garments, shoes, and gloves Eliminates humidity and mold risks in hidden areas Drying cycles are microprocessor-controlled to maintain stability and precision, avoiding fluctuations common in conventional systems → Result: clean, fully dried, and stable output compliant with cleanroom requirements. PROCESS Step 1: Pick up – Soiled uniform Sapai receive used garments/ shoes at customer’s factory according to the confirmed schedule. Step 2: Checking and sorting Check garment/footwear condition (damage such as cuts, tears, holes, etc.) and classify into “to be repaired” or “beyond repair” etc. To be repaired items are fixed. Beyond repair or unserviceable items are listed and returned to customer. After soil sorting of garments, products are placed into separate batches for appropriate pre-processing. Step 3: Pre-processing Stains and dirt on garments are removed in industrial washing machine. Tap water and Omo detergent are used. Heavy or chemical stains are treated at this step. Step 4: Cleanroom washing Garments/ shoes are laundered by barrier washer (dual-door). Soiled clothes are loaded into washer at dirty side door, clean clothes are unloaded from the door in cleanroom. Rinse water: Reverse osmosis (RO) and EDI (Electrodeionization) systems are used to produce ultra-pure water for rinsing. Finally rinse water is treated with UV (ultraviolet) light. Laundry detergent: originated from Europe, with 3 specialized chemicals. Variety of washing programs available for different laundry load, garment type, soil level. Step 5: Drying Drying programs vary based on uniform type. Clothes and shoes are dried in separate machines. Shoes are dried in specially designed shoe drying machine. Hot air circulates inside each shoe, drying the insole and eliminating bacteria. Incoming dryer air is filtered through Hepa (an remove 99.97% of particles size of down to 0.3 microns). Step 6: Quality check To be performed in cleanroom Product appearance inspection: Stains, odors, moisture, possible defects may occur during washing. Particle testing: Method: Helmke Drum Test, to check cleanliness of coverall, smock and hood. ESD testing: Method: Point-to-point resistance, to ensure garments maintain their ability to minimize static electricity buildup and discharge (To be provided upon request). Step 7: Folding and packing To be performed in cleanroom Products are folded, packed, and sealed. User IDs can be visible through packaging. Garments/shoes are packed separately or in full set per user. Step 8: Grouping Clean uniform are divided according to customer names, using personalized laundry bags, along with proper labeling. Organizing packages into ESD fabric bags, by size or by group of users. Step 9: Delivery – Clean uniform Deliver clean garments/ shoes to customer’s factory on confirmed regular schedule. Delivery vans go to industrial parks nationwide frequently, ensuring fast and on-time delivery.
