It's possible that they're actually from a royalty free MIDI library, though for the safest bet I'll attribute them to Microsoft. I take back what I said in the CSSAMP1.mid video's description. Now THIS is what they would play in Earthworm Jim's Heck. It even has the Bossa Nova bassline going on. That is, until it gets to around 1:38 where the song suddenly turns into a Gradius song. A comment on another video mentioned this and now I can't unhear it.
