What is RNA?

Everyone knows what DNA is. It is the stuff that makes you. It is a blue print that holds al of he information about who you are and how to make everything in your body. What is often overlooked in this example is the inability of DNA to directly produce some of the most essential part to life directly. That is DNA can produce things like protein without help because proteins are built from amino acids, unit by unit, which DNA can not do. That help and more comes from RNA. It is not of the same grand nature as DNA but it performs a role that is as important. In some cases it may even poerfrom a role that is over DNA by helping in certain key genomic functions. These include regulating gene expression, interfering with gene translation or even promoting genes so they are expressed more.
