Step 1: Locate the Steel Tag Find the steel tag on your Cashco product. This tag contains important information, including the product code. Step 2: Identify the Product "Code Prefix" Look for the first two digits of the product code on the tag. These two digits are your product "code prefix", which will help you identify your product model. Step 3: Search the Product "Code Prefix" Visit shop.cashco.com/productid and use the reference guide to locate your product "code prefix". Step 4: Access Model Information Once you locate your model, click on the hyperlink to visit the model page. Here, you’ll find a basic overview of the model, as well as links to essential documents like the Technical Bulletin and the Installation, Operation, and Maintenance Manual. Step 5: Confirm Your Model / Replacement Options After identifying your model, review the details provided on the model page to ensure it matches your Cashco product. This includes verifying key specifications and documents like the Technical Bulletin and Installation, Operation, and Maintenance Manual. If you need additional clarification or have trouble finding the exact match, our team is ready to assist you. Should you require a replacement valve, you can submit a Request A Quote form directly from the model page. To help expedite the process, be sure to include important tag details such as the Serial Number and the Full Product Code from the tag. Attaching a photo of the valve tag on the quote form will also help our team expedite the request.
