My Ultimate Burger | Cooked On The Kamado Joe Classic

This is my ultimate burger. I like to keep it simple when it comes to burgers. You want a good quality bun - St Pierre make my buns of choice! Next, 100% beef - you want at least 20% fat. Season with salt as they go on the griddle and pepper once flipped. Add plastic cheese, your favourite sauce and some caramelised onions and you've got a real winner!
