The morning of October 30th in Assam was quite unlike anything seen before. The events in Assam were shocking. The explosions in Guwahati ripped through Pan Bazar, Fancy Bazar and Ganeshguri, which were crowded with shoppers and office goers. Three blasts occurred in Kokrajhar, with another possible grenade explosion; one in Bongaigaon and two in Barpeta Road. The bomb at Ganeshguri was planted in a car and took place about 100 metres from Chief Minister of Assam Tarun Gogoi's official residence. But the whole incident, permanently caused some changes across Assam. In this mini- documentary video, we describe the sequences of events during the 2008 Serial attacks and how these events changed the history of Assam forever.
